Available options

As each piece of Acajou's bathroom furniture is individually hand-made to order, a number of specifications may be tailored to your requirements.

Acajou offers a wide range of standard colourways and wood patinas, which may be selected for your chosen items. Our artists also specialise in bespoke decorative finishes, which can be developed to suit the interior decor of your bathroom.

Each vanity is supplied with its own uniquely designed marble counter top and undermount ceramic basin(s). Acajou offers a selection of standard marble types, which may be specified at the time of ordering.

Pricing

An indicative price is shown on each individual product page. The 'from' price refers to the product manufactured to Acajou's standard dimensions and finished in:

- Vanities: a standard one-tone wood polish or paint colourway and Bianco Carrara marble counter top;

- Cast Iron Baths: a primed white exterior;

- Storage: a standard one-tone wood polish or paint colourway;

- Upholstered Furnishings: a standard one-tone wood polish or paint colourway, foam and upholstery - the cost of fabric is additional.

Please note all prices are exclusive of VAT (sales tax) and delivery (shipping). A separate charge will apply per order.

Services

Should you require a home visit (mainland UK only) from one of our designers to discuss any ideas or specific requirements which you may have, please contact us and we will be happy to make an appointment at your convenience. A nominal charge applies for this service, which is refundable upon placing an order.

Acajou specialises in designing and manufacturing bespoke bathroom products and can develop and supply CAD drawings of any bespoke product which you plan to commission. A nominal charge applies for this service, which is refundable upon placing an order.

Manufacturing Lead Time

An indicative manufacturing lead time is 8-14 weeks dependant on the product and the complexity of the project. Your advisor will confirm the lead time with you at the time of placing the order and before any payment is requested.

Terms of payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure an order. Once this has been received, manufacturing will commence. We accept payment in Pound Sterling, Euros or US Dollars.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or alternatively by cheque if you have a Pound Sterling bank account. Full payment details are stated on the sales order.

You will be contacted approximately one week before the product(s) are finished and ready for delivery. We will require at this stage for the outstanding balance to be settled.

Delivery

UK: Acajou's products will be delivered directly to your door. A single delivery charge applies per order.

International: Acajou is experienced in handling your airfreight, seafreight and road transport requirements and regularly ships throughout Europe, the USA, Canada and the Middle-East. All products are packaged in bespoke wooden cases which comply with standard SP15.
